Alerts Details

The Alerts section displays real-time alerts for AI activities that Policies trigger. These notifications can be used to inform security teams, managers, or individual users about high-risk events, policy violations, or other significant activities.
This feature is vital for ensuring rapid response to potential issues and maintaining control over AI interactions within the organization.

Using Alerts

Step-by-Step Instructions

Navigate to the Alerts page from the left-sidebar menu.
  1. Filter the Alerts by (1) Date Range and User Groups, as explained in the Console & Settings section. Alerts can also be sorted by the Date & Time (2) column.
  1. Click on any row of interest. The right-sidebar will open, displaying more details about the Alert. The Policy that triggered the alert is viewable by clicking on the blue link below the Triggered Policy label (3).
  1. Clicking on the link below the Conversation label (4) will open the Conversations page in a new browser tab, filtered to show the full conversation that generated the alert.
  1. Clicking on the link below the Prompt (5) label also opens a new browser tab for the Conversations page. What’s different here is the specific Prompt of the conversation will be in focus in the bottom window.
